Hasn't he heard of Holmes, Brandeis, Cardoza, Frankfurter, Douglas, Brennan, and Marshall - just to name a few ???
They had vastly more life and career experience ...

Well, the democrats wanted him, they’ve got him. It looks like the republicans are working to make him the face of his party. Good.
Amazingly, no one laughed at his joke.
This is just the start of Franken’s wisdom pouring out of his mouth. There’ll be lots more. We’ll think Biden is a Rhodes Scholar after a few more Franken comments.
Wtf!!! How did Franken get on the Judiciary Committee? He is the most junior senator and he sits on one of the most powerful committees in Congress??? I wonder if some of his colleagues are pissed off.
