Question! Why are Obama’s eunuchs in the MSM so upset over Governor Palin’s resignation? They should all be jumping for joy and partying hardy. Instead, they are acting as though they are very concerned and worried about the governor’s future political career. Those people are nuts!

Why should she have heeded the advice of a bunch of career politicians? She is not one of them. Who cares about “creating jobs and ensuring re-election”? She knows governors don’t “create” jobs, and getting elected is not an end unto itself. Palin is a transformational figure. Now she can she is freed from her farway outpost, she can take time to build alliances, construct an inner circle, and battle for conservatives nationwide. Years from now, Americans will be so sick of Obamanation, and will be so thirsty for what she is offering us.

Let’s see, since she announced her upcoming resignation, her popularity has actually increased, and SarahPAC has taken in over $200,000 in donations, most of them in small donations. I think Palin’s political instincts are better than those of the RNC, and those giving her advice. Once Palin’s finally free of the governorship, and can speak and travel where and when she wants, her popularity will increase as will the donations to SarahPAC.

I am a fan of old westerns. In many westerns the hero is pinned down behind rocks under siege by the villains who have staked out the high ground. Looking at his gun the hero realizes that he is steadily running of bullets. If he runs out into the open he’ll be shot to death in a crossfire. His only chance is to extricate himself from the dilemma without his pursuers knowing he has left or he must find a way out without being seen. Then the hero turns around and notice a small cave in the side of a mountain. He scurries over and realizes there is a narrow passage. He crawls along the passage until he reaches the other side and escapes down the other side of the mountain.

The hero did not quit. And neither did Sarah Palin when she found the passage out.

Considering what the RGA’s then-president was up to, it strikes me that Nick Ayers was intervening with the wrong governor. Imagine how that letter might have read.

Live, from the Obama Truth Squad, Monday Night!

Yup, there's a style there and I recognize it.

Hey, man, you're going to run out of logins soon.

I'd suggest you get back to doing your job which is to READ, not talk back. That ruins the FR's utility as a hot and cold running political focus group.

If she wanted to replenish her spirits she could work from home more

Oh right, that gets ethics complaints.

It is remarkable how the MSM are so concerned with Palin. I’ve never seen this close examination of a politician’s exit without being associated with a scandal.

To be fair, I don't recall a similar circumstance: a sitting governor or senator who runs as VP on a major party ticket, then decides to resign half a year later, halfway through her term. Do you?
