Obama: Hey, we’re going to keep losing jobs

No worries. It’s only because unemployment lags behind recovery or “stabilization” or whatever sunny euphemism he’s using now to spin the nightmare. It’s probably just a quirk of my online reading habits but I’ve stumbled across more pessimism about the economy today than I’ve seen since the stimulus passed in February, which makes me wonder if public confidence in The One’s blueprint is starting to deteriorate in earnest.

Start with Mort Zuckerman’s harrowing op-ed about how things are much worse than they seem, with the possibility of sustained unemployment at 11 percent ahead. Then read Politico’s description of the “widespread disdain” it found when it surveyed economists from across the spectrum about Obama’s growth projections. Proceed to Time magazine, normally a reliable cheering section for Barry O, where the stimulus is now being pronounced an early failure.

And cap it off with new poll numbers from Gallup showing a six-point downward swing on whether the economy’s getting better in just one month. The good news for Obama is that the early rosy projections will be forgiven once things really do start to turn around. The bad news is that blowing $787 billion on a non-fix won’t be.

CA is sinking fast. They lost more jobs in June than Jan and seasonally this is supposed to be an up month.
When winter really hits and summer jobs go away..look out.

We knew BHO was lying when he said that WE MUST PASS THE STIMULUS BILL to prevent unemployment from going over EIGHT PERCENT. Now that he is sandbagging most of THAT MONEY (for the upcoming elections), he wants to steal more. One can only see that he is building a “cash reserve” to fund his socialism and empowerment while he destroys the American free market capitalist economy.

Even this evil plan is unsustainable — but it will leave a path of destruction in its wake. The jobless rate will exceed TEN PERCENT in the near future as he keeps destroying small and large businesses and snuffing any remaining confidence in the stock market and investment in general. He obviously does not care.

Take it only at face value. Judge him ONLY by his actions and results, and not his lies. The plan becomes very clear then as it has to many Americans who are not spending or borrowing. It already has been acknowledged by most foreign governments who want nothing to do with his socialist agenda.

Fundamentally Obama is wrong in assuming that the recovery has started and the unemployment is only lagging. I’m not seeing a recovery here in Chicago. Banks aren’t lending yet and my clients are all sitting on their hands and not spending. My bills keep on coming though.
