Basically, Major Stefan Frederick Cook can ignore the order to deploy as well as the rescinding of the order. Neither of them, apparently, have any legal standing. Obama better produce his birth certificate immediately or there will be hell to pay....
Well, in my opinion no, I disagree with the war in Afghanistan, I think it would be great if the military refused to fight to protect Karzai and his poppy fields. However, no one could claim Bush wasn’t a citizen, so no such case would be brought forward.
And now that's all 0 has to do too - and that would be that.
How inspiring to see that there is at least one American who is willing to stand up, challenge these leftists weasels and not back down. Regardless of the ultimate result, this guy is a national hero. And a far more significant person than Michael Jackson........
The US Southern Command (as it is reported) is also starting to turn against the illegimate, phony Manchurian Candidate Obama. Things are happening. Honduras will prove to be the great showdown. Believe me, there are a LOT of people in the United States Government, good career folks, who do NOT want to countenance this man taking us down to utter and abject destruction. It is what it is.
This opens the door wide to any military person to question the usurper’s credentials. Also, no criminal case can go forward now, knowing that discovery will can take place. Military justice just ground to a halt.
A lot of rich people spend a lot of money to live in WY. Bless this brave soldier. More need to join Orly along with former JAG officers now attorneys.

Don’t underestimate the military brass, who are brave and dedicated people that put their lives on the line to keep our great country safe. People are realizing what Obama is doing now-a foreign invader intent on destroying the country from within. I don’t think they’re going to let him get away with it.

What about legitimacy of the military occupation in Afghanistan? I don’t like the idea of spending billions saving somebody else’s nation while ours is falling apart.
I don’t know, but if my cousin had done it under LBJ he’d still be alive.
I think he is a reservist, so there's not much that can be done to transfer him.
A needful task. God bless the men and women that do it for countless units all over the world. Readiness squadrons are VERY important to our troops.
