U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.
Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.
This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it’s orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

This is exactly right. It is unprecedented and not one step of government can say its wrong. Obama has to prove it. This man has decided to step up. I can guarantee this fight will be more stressful than anything so far in his world. If a President cannot produce a certificate of birth he needs to go back home to Kenya.
President Bush is a certified American citizen. He was the Commander in Chief, no doubt about it.
Why won't Obama disclose his long form birth certificate? What's the problem?
Why spend millions preventing his BC to be disclosed to the public and end this conjecture?

What do you believe the Founders meant by – “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;”
Do the American people have the right to demand proof of a president’s constitutional eligibility for the highest elective office in our land?
What should we do with a president who refuses to prove that he meets those constitutional requirements?

Keep in mind that Pelosi and Harry Reid signed the paperwork certifying that Obama met all Constitutional requirements to be eligible as POTUS. They may have to answer for that.

Well, there’s that, too. It’s fun to speculate about this: If Obozo and Plugs are thrown out, and SanFranNan and DingyHarry are also disqualified for having participated in the fraud, who’s next? Or would the election be declared void? Would McCain/Palin win by disqualification of Obozo/Plugs? Or would we have a new election?
Well if this is what it appears to be, he just did "dignify that BS with a response" or at least someone in the Military Brass rescinded the original order. This is interesting.....
My understanding is that the election would be declared void with the VP acting as President until a new President is selected.

Start in the lower court as is being done. If the Major wins, the entire military leadership should force Congress to act immediately.

No it does not.
I believe it would be up to the Supreme Court to try and find the law in the Constitution first then apply it. As we are probably left with no outcome of finding it would be up to Congress to make law quickly.
