Former Boeing instructor pilot Anthony Keyter has filed a federal civil lawsuit against Boeing, alleging that the Chicago-based aerospace company plotted to murder him.
Boeing test pilot Anthony Keyter says that Boeing plotted to kill him.
The lawsuit indicates that Keyter lives in Gig Harbor and that he is representing himself.
The suit, filed Monday with the U.S. District Court of Western Washington, charges that Boeing plotted to kill Keyter after Keyter filed another civil complaint against President George W. Bush.
"President Bush, via his agents, contacted high level executives of The Boeing Company and initiated a criminal plot to retaliate against plaintiff, with intent to kidnap and kill him as primary witness to the reported crimes," the lawsuit says.
Boeing's board of directors, the Supreme Court and the Federal Aviation Administration were in on the plot, the lawsuit adds.
Keyter said that he worked for Boeing from July 1989 to March 2006 as a senior instructor pilot and as a manager.
A Boeing spokesman confirmed that Keyter had been a pilot at the company.
"I think we had some indications that this suit was coming and rather than try and describe it from our perspective, if you just look at the allegations that are being made you can draw your own conclusions as to the validity of the suit itself," Boeing spokesman Todd Blecher said Tuesday.
Keyter has also sued Arizona's two senators, including Sen. John McCain, alleging numerous and vague crimes, according to a 2006 report in The Hill.
According to his Web site, Keyter has also sued former attorney general John Ashcroft, Air India, Ford Motor Co., "known insurgents" and members of the 110th Congress.
I wonder what size tin hat he wears.
Wanna bet this jackass is a Kos Kiddie
Those Democrats sure are something, aren’t they?
If Darth Cheney wanted him dead, he would’ve been shark stool in the pacific long ago.
I’m happy to know that this bozo is a “former” pilot. (Low whistle). Time to call in the boys with the white jackets.
A looney tooner with a pilots license.
LOL
No doubt !
I would anticipate an amended complaint filing at I didn’t see Cheney or Haliburton listed as defendants.
They are definitely going to need a large courtroom to hold all the lawyers for this case.
“known insurgents” ????
Sad. Irrational, in need of professional help and/or off his meds.
Ironically saner than most Kosscum...
So, the PI will print this story, but ignore the Obama birth certificate. Figures.

Maybe this guy could talk to Joe the Plumber, Larry Sinclair, Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, Patricia Mendoza, or Kathleen Willey to find out what *really* happens when you annoy a high-level politician.
Cheers!
Does he see little black helicopters too?
Some people will do anything to escape Cheney's assassination squad.

Yep :-D.
Heh... no - haven’t heard of this guy...
I mean... there’s one of these guys at the end of many dark bars, rambling away... but most of them don’t actually have the follow-through to file actual lawsuits.

Case filed against Air-India chief in US Supreme Court
Washington: A Seattle-based Boeing instructor pilot has filed a criminal complaint against Air-India Chairman V Thulasidas in the Supreme Court of the US accusing him of irregularities in business relationship between the two companies and violating the Indian aviation laws related to flight safety.
The Senior Instructor Pilot at Boeing, Tony Keyter, filed the criminal charges against the A-I chief and 37 others in the Supreme Court (Case No. 05-140) on March 7. Keyter has been an instructor pilot for 17 years.
At the time there was a prevailing climate within A-I to violate the aviation Act as it pertains to flight safety. The A-Is insistence that its crews operate despite violations of the aviation laws were widespread and occurred with Thulasidas knowledge. These violations potentially affect the safety of passengers, he alleged.
During training of A-I flight crews, Thulasidas, in collusion with Boeing vice president Dinesh Keskar, coerced me as a Senior Boeing Instructor Pilot to violate the Indian aviation laws concerning flight safety.
Keyter, who had trained Indian pilots on behalf of the Boeing for about two and half months last year, told The Indian Express: My complaint is against Thulasidas and not against Air-India. The criminal charges arise from intimidation and coercion to break the law.

Nutburger.
This guy needs to back off. Anybody that is powerful enough to cause hurricane Katrina and send it after the black people in New Orleans, Cause a huge earthquake and Tsunami in Indonesia, burn down building 7 with his heat vision is no one to mess with

I hope this guy does not have a current pilot’s license.
Yeah - and throw in global warming!
Woah. I may live in the same town with this guy, but we’re clearly not on the same planet. Looked for a picture to see if I recognize him. Found this:
Seems his list of problems is a lot longer than merely this story...
Profile of a schizophrenic.....someone needs help.
*snort*
You just never know with some people. ;o)
BDS: The gift that keeps on giving!
To be sure.
This guy gives fruit loops a bad name.
Is this guy out walking around in society?
Is this guy out walking around in society?
You know, the more I think about it I’m beginning to wonder if I didn’t meet this guy, maybe a year ago or so. I don’t hang out there so much anymore but I was at the Sunset Grill and a guy, who might have been this guy, came in and sat at the bar. Seemed normal enough, but after he started talking it became clear that he didn’t have all his oars in the water.
He started spinning the wildest stories... and depending on who he was talking to he said utterly different sorts of things, seemingly oblivious that he’d just told one guy on one side that he was a ship captain, and told the guy on the other side that he was an airline pilot. Stuff like that. It was actually fascinating to watch because it was so pathological. I really don’t think he knew he was doing it. It’s like there were two guys in there (at least) each having a separate conversation with different people. He left after a while and we were all just sitting there blinking at each other and somebody said “Wow... that was wierd”.
I don’t know if it was this guy for sure. He sorta looked like that especially if that’s a fairly old picture. But wow... now I’m wondering how many of them we’ve got walking around in our sleepy little town...
Gee... I hope *I’m* not one of them... :-)
He’s just mad that they raised the toll on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
I've met ya, and I don't think you are. ;o)
As a WA resident who lives nearby, this man shouldn’t be behind the wheel of a plane!
He must be off his meds again.
Oops...should have read the thread before posting....like you, my 1st reaction was to google the guy...LOL
