博讯消息，7月15日下午17时左右，广州广园西路发生黑人聚集事件，大批黑人聚集抗议，有黑人高举血衣，大批警察出动维持秩序。

来自现场的消息指，事件起因疑似有黑人被警察打死，引发黑人群体抗议。

广州目前有进20万黑人旅居，这些黑人大多盘踞小北路、三元里一带。

事件导致广州西部交通瘫痪，过百警察在现场顺通交通。

Reads just about the same as the article posted. Instead of African, the reporter wrote black.
