so should we ignore the fact that that the constitution says that no man shall be deprived of life liberty or property without due process of the law. If you want to shred the constitution I believe there is a man with a five letter last name that might be interested in hiring you, I should remember his last name, it was in all the papers last year.

He was talking, standing and he was being handcuffed, he was not choking or dying.
That was no fight, that was a law enforcement officer killing this poor overweight slob...

What I saw were the suspects legs doing the chicken, until he was dead...

Ditto. Prolong usage of drugs alter the mind chemistry and creates addiction which benefits the vendor selling the drugs. Legalization does not eliminate these problems which start at the individual user level and eventually must be dealt with by society. Imagine during an emergency evacuation like Katrina level, the authorities must not only provide food, fuel and water during an evacuation, they must deal with drivers and evacuees who need their fix. Freedom can lead to enslavement by self inflicted stupidity (legalizing addictive drugs is one such stupidity) while Liberty is freedom bound by morality based on theology and past wisdom. Libertarians and liberals tend to mix them up, that is why communities dominated by liberalism/libertines end up with social problems.
