He didn’t die cuz of a traffic stop.
He died cuz he was in crappy shape and wasn’t fit enough to fight the police without injuring himself.
The cops don’t psychically know why he was resisting. So they should just let him go if he says he’s willing to fight to avoid the investigation?
And you’d have no problem if they let him go cuz he said he didn’t want to cooperate and it was later found that he’d just raped your friend or relative?
