I,too,come from a group that has experienced enormous oppression both in their ancestral homeland (Ireland) and here in the US.But there are several differences between me and Mrs Hussein....

1)I'm not looking for "reparations"

2)I don't have a degree from a single Ivy League university,let alone two.

3)I've never made anything near $300,000 a year

4)I would never,in a thousand years,wear (or own) a pair of $500 sneakers although I could *afford* to own such a pair.

5)I would never,in a million years,wear a $500 pair of sneakers to a soup kitchen.

6)In spite of everything,I've *always* been proud to be an American.
