Republicans not voting or voting yes on cloture and no on Brownback Amendment ('To clarify that the amendment shall not be construed or applied to infringe on First Amendment rights.')

Not voting

Alexander (R-TN) Bond (R-MO) Bunning (R-KY) Corker (R-TN) Graham (R-SC) Gregg (R-NH) Martinez (R-FL)

Voting Yea

Collins (R-ME) Lugar (R-IN) Snowe (R-ME)

Tennessee FReepers, what's up with your Senators? What are you going to do to get them in line? Kentucky FReepers, what's up with Bunning?

Without the not votings this thing would have gone down in flames. Cloture would have been denied, and Leaky Leahy would have had to find another way to put one over on us.

Once again, we are being sold out by the very people we support.

I note that my fair and honorable </s> Sen Harkin voted to obfuscate that the hate crimes bill would trump 1st amendment.
