Congressional liberals must think Americans have very short memories. For years the Left trashed the Bush administration for not capturing and killing Osama bin Laden. Democrats claimed they could get the job done. Campaigning for president, Barack Obama made We will kill bin Laden a regular part of his foreign policy stump speech.
But as the political winds have shifted, so has the nature of the Lefts indictments. Congressional Democrats continue to attack the Bush administration. Only now they are blaming it for trying to kill Osama bin Laden and other terrorist leaders.
Theirs is a dangerous game. The Democrats attempts at political point-scoring will backfire if America is attacked on their watch. Democratic congressmen presently in full-throated attack mode may then appreciate what the Bush administration did to keep America safe. But if not, they may wish they had kept their mouths shut about how to keep a country safe.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats claim to be aghast over revelations that the Central Intelligence Agency considered assassinating top enemy leaders, whom we should recall were trying to kill American citizens. The Democrats feigned outrage only underscores how desperate they are to distract Americans from their own deficiencies with continued assault and battery of the reputations of Bush, Cheney and Co.
In the immediate aftermath of 9-11, the CIA considered starting a program that would have involved sending squads of operatives overseas to track and capture or kill al Qaeda leaders. After some preliminary discussions, however, the program was deemed infeasible and dropped. Meanwhile, actual American soldiers were on the ground fighting and dying in the war on terror. Surely the Democrats noticed that battle had been engaged.

Arif Alikhan, currently deputy mayor for the city of Los Angeles, was appointed as assistant secretary for the Office of Policy Development at the Department of Homeland Security.
Muslim Democrats welcome Alikhans appointment
At a banquet/fundraiser for the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California last weekend, the first speaker was Arif Alikhan (Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles - in charge of public safety for the city). He bid farewell, as he is going to take a post as Assistant Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security. Arif Alikhan is a devout Sunni and the son of Pakistani immigrants (here).
....speakers included Arif Ali Khan, the former Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles. He bid the attendees farewell as he prepared to leave the Los Angeles area for Washington, D. C. There he will serve as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Are there words to describe how loathsome these RATs are?

The Democrats will lie about it when we are attacked again, and claim a conspiracy of the Right.
I say “when we are attacked again” because the Democrats have “Chamberlained” us, have made us weak, thus opened the door for another terrorist attack on our own soil.
I wouldn’t doubt they already have the story prepared in a file tucked away somewhere in Holder’s desk for when we are attacked again.

Are there words to describe how loathsome these RATs are?No. When men do not answer to the higher authority of God, every man becomes a law unto himself. This is the situation in which we find ourselves. We are ruled by men and women who seek only the gratification of their own desires, and pursue only the carrying out of their own plans, completely ignoring their personal and constitutional responsibility toward the people of this nation.

Congressional liberals must think Americans have very short memories. Yes they do, and they've proved it over and over. When you control the media you can get away with virtually any lie, especially if you promise to give away lots of free goodies and punish "the rich" while doing so. Most Americans are too busy wiping pubic hairs off their lips to care about anything but the death of a "pop star" or the latest Hollywood scandal.

Given how the libs are maniacal control freaks, I think they have several contingency plans at work. And since they have the media on their side, they can blame anything that goes bad on Bush/Cheney. They are pushing through congress unbelievable controls over us with lightning speed while at the same time crippling our national security. It’s as if they are setting the table for another attack when they can ram through all kinds of crap in response to a national emergency. I really pray that our people on the ground keep us safe until this admin is done. I think that the libs secretly want an attack so they can solidify their control while blaming Bush/Cheney.

We can’t wait until this admin is over. In a year you won’t recognize this country . We need a leader , a revolutionary , who is willing to organize the millions who know how dangerous this bastard is and mobile a massive movement of civil unrest . Anything short of that ( like family outing Tea Parties ) is a waste of time.
