China has already cutt us off, and is trying to barter with us on part of the Treasuries debt. As posted at FR earlier in the week, China is willing to forgive 100 billion of debt if we give them sensitive blueprints of our military bombers. Obama will probably do it, as nothing is beneath him. Military is fighting with him over this.
