Her answers to the committee indicated someone who is either a racist and liar and, therefore, unfit to be a member of the Supreme Court or someone too stupid to consider her remarks and writings and, therefore, unfit to be a member of the Supreme Court. Either way, she disqualified herself from serving.
Senator (RINO) Lugar has pledge to support her, I was protesting at his office today (against Natn’l healthcare and Tax-and-Cap), we need 2 new senators in IN-both Bayh and Lugar need to “Go”.
I don’t know if it has been done before, but she could be impeached at a later date, when the conservatives are in control.
