The senate will never pass a government run health care option, not going to happen. I think the final House/Senate Conference Committee Bill will drop a public option and instead seek a more incremental approach to achieve universal health care, much like the Clintons tried to do after their 1994 defeat. A sort of stealth program designed to achieve the same result but over a much longer period of time.
Obama is also dumping huge piles of money on wavering Congressmen.
I’m so hot about this. Never COULD stand a bully. To you Congressmen summoned to a “meeting,” record the threats somehow. Don’t let him be the bully on the playground. You might be surprised how scared HE would be if you say “BOO!” Do SOMETHING. RESIST THE STINK EYE.
