Shoot, seat belt laws and all the other uniformity you find in the States in regard to transportation makes enumerated powers of the Federal Government a joke. They just use the Federal Income tax to suck dollars from the States, then demand adherence to certain guidelines in order for the States to receive back their sheckles. Pretty cool way to exert extra/constitutional powers on the States. They do that in a whole lot of ways. Federal Sheckles, rifled from the residents of the States are used to bludgeon the States into submission.

Yep, and Scotus found the extortion to be constitutional. Mark Levin is right. Rather than serve as the final bulwark defending our freedoms, the courts are the handmaidens to the destruction of our freedoms.
