No locking and loading involved. Just ten million or so of us fed up citizens marching into and camping out for a few weeks in and about D.C. and daily a few hundred thousand of us taking turns marching up to the steps of the Capitol building, to congressional offices, and to the White House ought to do the trick. The only permit required is the First Amendment.

I think the vote will go our way.

That number seems overly optimistic, to say the least.

The problem with that is the right are peace loving. We don't burn things. If nothing gets burned during a protest the media or politicians don't pay any attention, especially if you are on the right.

doesn't matter if it is 1 million or 30 million they will not pay any attention unless there is fire or destruction.

We are not that upset.. We just don't think in those terms.

The right wing can't just burn a random car for example. We understand someone owns that car and it would be wrong.

We are in a catch 22. We don't have enough support for a real signing of a new declaration of Independence and we can not just burn innocent people's things.

We remind me of butters on south park. Sweet innocent kid that has a doctor doom personality. (yeah I am a bit tipsy)

Right you are IMO. That’s exactly what I’ve envisioned as the answer to getting this turned around. Those Democrats with a speck of sanity left, and the weak kneed Pubbies would certainly change their tune once they see ten million fists in the air.

As the old PSA ad with the Owl used to say “It’s the only way to fly”.

May we peacefully gather in our towns and cities with our rifles and guns?

Imagine millions of law-abiding, fed-up citizens across the land - assembling, vocalizing, and visually exercising their rights in defense of the Constitution.

Isn’t that our right, Jim? Isn’t that our right, guaranteed by the 2nd Ammendment of the Constitution? We do have the right to keep and bear arms, assemble, and engage in free speech in a peaceful manner, right?

Organize it Jim . Where are the millionaires ? Why aren’t they buying TV ad time on every station and educating the public. Where is the small business associations? They are the 1st to get screwed, they have the $$$ right now to take full page adds out in every national paper . Why aren’t they organizing and using their millions to fund anti Obama rallies ? . I don’t get it ?
As for the common guy ( me and you all I suppose ) we need a leader , someone with excellent organizational skills. I’m ready to go to DC with a bat in my hand right now. BUT WE NEED HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS to participate. Or else forget it !
