Do we as well transfer the federal debt to the states
dividing the liabilities by each states population?

I would say, “Yes”. And in addition to that,
I would like to see the annual federal budget proportioned
by number of representatives in the house back to the states.

We can get millions to Washington DC, but by what particular process would the federal government charge? Short of violence - which you rightly abhor, and which would have terrible consequences for this country - I don't see what then endgame is here.

Randy Barnett has proposed that we "...petition Congress for a convention to propose amendments to the Constitution." These amendments would limit and tame the present tyrannical federal government. Here's a later revision by Barnett, in an "omnibus Federalism Amendment."

I respectfully suggest that this process - already outlined in the Constitution - is preferable to trying to use the power of the crowd to appoint Hilary Clinton as interim President of the United States.
