I pretty much agree. 2-3 years for what he did in Vegas would be about right. If not for the murders he committed, the prosecutor would have pled this out to something relatively minor.

The standard which should be applied is whichever place gives him the greatest chance of getting killed while waiting for an appeal to be heard. Now if that is a Nevada prison or a golf course in Miami, I’s not sure. Lotta gunfire in Miami.
