The left has convinced themselves that socialism will work, if only the right people are in charge. How they propose to get people to work hard when there is no reward... well, they haven’t figured that out... but they will! Just give it a try! What do you have to lose except everything you have worked your whole life for?
The left is blinded by their own quest for power and in that quest their power will cease to exist because there will be no one left to exert power on.
This is such a neat story. Reminds me: Some Canadian went on the radio—I think it was last Thursday—and really blasted all those people that bash Americans. He gave all these examples of how generous Americans are when there’s a natural disaster, and how they have liberated other countries. It was really great. Last Thursday or so.
Liberals are ignorant in that they seem to believe wealth is a zero sum game, that it cannot be created but exists as a finite amount. This means, in their small minds, that in order for a person to increase thier wealth it MUST necessarily come from someone else who then has less. This is how they keep the masses riled up against the rich, They tell the less then rich they have less simply because the evil rich folks have THEIR money.
