Blacks can get treated by black doctors only , hispanics can get treated by hispanic doctors only, etc. As for me, I'll take the best damn doctor available, regardless of race.

“provide for improving the diversity of the 7 new nurse graduates to reflect changes in the demo- 8 graphics of the patient population;” In most regions that would mean incentivizing the training of whites, particularly white males, who are underrepresented relative to patients in the nursing population.
