I think I FINALLY got an answer to my question of what their definition of small business is that is exempt from government health insurance.

NEXT QUESTION: It seems as though eventually everyone will be on government insurance (if they change jobs,move,drop their current insurance) so why do they bother excempting anyone? i e.... the only REAL exemption that is GRANDFATHERED OUT is MILITARY and MILITARY DEPENDENTS. So why are they faking the illusion of any small business?
