same way he did cap and trade, the stimulus.

He wants this bad. It ain;t over by a long shot, he has 3 1/2 years to get it in, using acorn and whatever else he can manage, he has a lot at his disposal.
Today he sent out letters to the obots from his campaign to sign petitions. they certainly will without ever reading one damn line of it. he ill have MILLIONS of real signatures not to mention how many more dead people signing them. He will have all those signatures in one place while we may have more, yet ours are all fragmented and spread out, more than half will never bee seen.
he can win this easy and screw us into the ground.
