So if I’m (an individual) limited to $5,000 for better service how is that not rationing?...it’s actually worse.

You are missing the point, that is not the limitation of the amount of care you will receive, it is the amount out of pocket you will pay. Your co-pay amount per year on a major medical procedure. It is no wonder that people cannot understand this garbage in this bill because it is written so that it really is very difficult to understand.

Look if we conservatives want to look stupid and make claims that are false then we have no one to blame but ourselves when the libs attack as for being stupid. There is enough in this bill that is disasterous, we don't need to make things up.

And actually about this part, who pays that co-pay amount when the person who has received that care cannot pay that co-pay amount? That's the part we need to be attacking.
