I did not know the health care debacle included INVADING SCHOOLS! I did not know that internal devices may be used (you, like dogs wear, chips inserted under the skin and upper layer tissue that allows for tracking and keeping of records) and on and on....THIS SHIT IS LEFT OPEN IN THE BILL FOR FUTURE IMPLEMENTATION!
