The Republican response to those seeking health care is often, “We totally wish you luck!”

This is so far fromt he truth. There are many good ideas out there. Steve Forbes actually has a great approach, as do many elected officials. They just don't have a unified presentation of an alternative. Much like our situation with illegals two years ago, this current one is going to get votes up or down, and then move on. I do wish the GOP does present some outline as the vote gets closer, but not for the purpose of compromise, but to kill this beast.

You are so wrong. Jim Demint and Jim Talent worked very, very hard on proposals what would have kept us out of this mess and the Democrats didn't want to give anything to Bush. Go look at their proposals. Jim is so fed up he won't even consider going back to Washington as our Senator or Representative. The Republican party had people working tirelessly to correct the deficiencies. Don't EVER say we said so often, “We totally wish you luck!” Bad, bad on you.
