I was posting right here on Free Republic, before the election, that Obama should produce the birth certificate. The problem? Well..., about 10 million more voters than our conservatives voted for Obama. After the election, I moved to the *rational response* — while a bunch of others went “insane” with the “Obama Derangement Syndrome”... :-)

Helped actually *get legislation* in the Oklahoma legislature requiring specific documentation for a candidate in Oklahoma. It was by working through my own legislator, locally. And it didn’t get passed this session, but it’s going to go in again, this next session.
And... others did the same thing in Arizona and Missouri. You’ll have to ask them how it’s going, though, as I’m not there in those states.
Elections aren’t ineligible. Candidates are. Get with the program if you want to hang out with us. (No offense proffered, but...sheesh.)

Yes, I did push that legislation and I will continue to do so. It’s not something that has *language* that is specifically targeted at Obama but applies to *all candidates* and no one can dispute that it *should be applied* to everyone. And that’s the beauty of it... it’s not “personalized” and it *should be* something that is in there. And it’s especially something that Oklahoma has been at the forefront with such stuff — especially since Oklahoma passed the toughest illegal immigrant law in the nation, causing a ton of illegal immigrants to leave the state (I mean, you could actually *see it* on the streets; it was amazing).
As far as what it makes me, I haven’t formed my opinions about the “Obama Derangement Syndrome” from the liberal press, but from my reading of the hilarious and stupid ideas I’ve seen presented here — like “tanks surrounding the White House” and “a judge sends in a Marshal to arrest Obama in the Oval Office”... it’s a “comic book” response that some people have... not the “rational response” of getting state legislators to pass a bill in the legislature of your own state.
I was wondering. If Obama is ineligible and Pelosi certified intentionally an ineligible birth certificate, could she also be booted? If Obama and Pelosi would be gone, would it be Biden and Hillary?
I really wish you’d find some other term to use for yourself. “Patriot” and “Constitutionalist” are two that come to mind. “Birther” originated on DU and ought to stay there. as far as I’m concerned.
Oh, yeah, I’m totally on board with Biden as president for many reasons.
He’s a joke but he doesn’t have as radical an agenda as Obama does.
He would not automatically get every black vote in America.
The press would not be afraid to laugh at him for fear of being called a racists.
In fact, he would be a dream president.
