I’ve never thought it was something that would go away, either. In fact, I’ve posted several times in the past that this issue would probably *continue* all the way through the time that Obama does the ribbon cutting at his new Presidential Library...

I have often wondered about this...If he is deemed ineligible, is not the whole election then ineligible?
Shouldn't Bush/Cheney go back to the White House until a new election can take place? Or would McCain/Palin assume power?
I’m wondering if that is the way it would go since Obama ran knowing he wasn’t eligable and won anyway. Couldn’t an arguement be made that since it was illegal for him to run that the election should be set aside and a revote be taken?
