The leading edge of diversity work requires white men moving from the sidelines of inclusion efforts to being fully engaged at all levels of the organization.
In other words, white men must "embrace" discrimination against whites and men to meet the diversity indoctrination requirements. Just sitting there and waiting for the propaganda to end will no longer be tolerated.
