Fred was all blow and no go. We don't need that in a candidate or a President.
I had high hopes for him,and he let us all down big time-so we could have McCain. Wonderful. But it's all good now!

I understand that his mom was sick,and it's perfectly acceptable for someone to rush to the side of a sick mom. Anyone would do that.But even before that happened, he was wishy-washy and,when he finally did come onto the scene,it was with a whimper.

Sorry to disagree but HE did not let us down. He won the last two debates and should have won the SC and Fla primaries and been our nominee . It’s the RINO’s, moderates and the Pub elites that gave us McCain. Don’t blame him for the weaknesses of our party.

Maybe I’m missing your point here...?...Reagan WAS elected President...Thompson once held a press conference saying he was running for President.

Except Reagan ran and won...Thompson sort of ran...at least three days a week from 10:00 til 3:30, not counting time off for lunch.
