I have a term that describes Obama's type of talk -- but I can't say it here on this forum.
Funny thing is, when he plays the clips of Bawney Fwank, I can’t tell the difference...
I bet she would like to toss an ash tray at him about right now. She would scare him to death one on one.
Unreal. The Health Police! That won’t drive up costs, right? RIGHT???
Who is our current Surgeon General? Some fat black lady who is into living healthy like her chain-smoker boss.
there is a difference???...same loser liberal socialist baloney comes out of both of them...
I recall Dana Perino rated air time for a portion (usually the start) of her pressers. Gibbs isn’t getting a minute these days.
Thank you Dervish !!
I am passing on the Blue Dog information to my friends !!
OBAMACARE has to be stopped !!!!
My condensed version:
If you get hit by a bus, a crooked doctor will tell you you need your tonsils out, but don’t be fooled - taking the blue pill will fix you right up. (No Viagra pun intended.)
Oh, and all white cops are stupid racists...NO HEALTHCARE FOR YOU!!
This whole 'health care' plan needs to be resounded defeated.
The speech did give off a weird vibe. The weirder vibe, I thought, was that of the press corps. They were asking some tough questions, but you could almost feel the trepidation.
Well if you work in the profession I will defer, but the ones I’ve come in contact with seem to be the opposite, not all but many. Of course that’s anecdotal on my part.
“Are you blaming the drug companies? The FDA regulations have inflated the costs to market for new drugs from 600 to 900 million dollars each! How many “red and blue” pills (he did mention drugs) do you think it takes to recoup the cost of investment?
Many drugs are never certified because of the FDA (many are life saving and orphaned) and the costs need to be recovered. I have posted a study many time here that proposes a combination of tort reform and privatization (UL is an example) to bring the cost of this process to under 10 million. The government is to blame again, not the “greedy” drug companies.”
Correct. And I am old enough to remember that the cost of health care has skyrocketed since the government got involved with Medicare/Medicaid. My dear departed mother-in-law spent the last few months of her life trying to correct all the Medicare overbilling for things she did not receive which showed up on her medical bills, all to no avail.
LOL ! I stand (a bit unsteadily, d/t the drinking game, hic) corrected.
Good summary. You were paying attention.
means let me tell the same lie another way since the last one didn't have it's desired effect
