Solving half of California's budget problem (what caused it anyway) would simply require banning all political activity for any labor organization representing public employees. Politically active public employee unions are the definition of corruption, as they sit on both sides of the negotiating table and steal from tax payers.

Solving the other half would be accomplished by cutting of illegals from benefits. Of course, neither of things will ever happen, so the crisis will never be solved.

Since Kalifornia can't print money, I believe that the crisis will be "solved", if by that one means that the courts will take over the decision-making from the politicians. Soon the courts will be deciding which liberals get paid and which do not.
