There hasn’t been a President who hasn’t run skipping down the aisle the last day they were in office.
Anyway, the new President is in charge of all of the new stuff right after the election. They would just go right ahead and hold the transition without the old President.

If he wins by the former, then the latter is irrelevant as the nation will have confirmed their interest in being subjects rather than citizens.
If Cap and Tax and Obamacare aren’t enough to cause the people to become “involved”, then what is left? I mean if he takes their wallet and freedom and they bend over and take it, there isn’t much worth saving.
