It’s really how the left wing in this country since Saul D. Alinski’s book Rules for Radicals. Accuse your opponent of things you are doing.
File numerous ethics complaints against any effective leader in the conservative ranks, ie Gingrich, Delay, Palin. Go after their family, demean them personally, isolate them. Get people in their own party to fight them for power.
