So you are going to cut off your nose to spite your face. If GM fails a lot of people (yes republicans too) will be out of business. What is done is done. We could not stop it. But lets support an American Car Company and help them get rid of the Government.
I am NOT supporting the bail out. But we have to deal with what is at the moment.

I think if you study the issue you will find that GM was already on the way to reshape the organization. They had a two teir wage scale in place. They got concessions from the Union including the ridding of the Jobs Bank. But the world wid recession kicked all of them in the butt. Including all foreign car companies. BUT they are still AMERICAN! And want to be a publically not government owned company.

How about the UAW Memorial Classic with Michael Moore as the handsome, congenial host. Wolf Blitzer can do color commentary next to Keith Olberman on the play by play

I do wish them well. As a onetime Chevy man (I think I've owned 15 or 16 Chevrolets) I like to think they'll get their house in order but since the UAW owns a substantial piece of the operation, I'm not exactly sanguine about the outcome of their story.

I guess the Ozero found out that Tiger has not been very supportive of his activities up to appearing at the inauguration festivities and putting on a pro military event.
Ozero lives in a small comfort zone of his own mind...once we get inside his head with a few more bad polls and political set backs, the guy will become the incredible shrinking man.

BS, buying GM is supporting government Bailouts, and government regulated bankruptcies. It is against everything a conservative should stand for. Exactly right.

“This will be a blow to Tigers portfolio.”
Maybe he will get an invite to have a beer with the illegitimate president.
