This is so sad, and infuriating!
Seems like the Border agents have 2 choices: either get shot or defend yourself and go to prison.

This agents death belongs in the hands of our politicans.. One agent, on patrol, over a vast area, and if these illegals get across they are offered amnesty, sanctuary cities, job placement areas, law enforcement cannot apprehend them, Janet Napolinao said it was not a crime to come into the united states ilegally, so come on in, amnesty is in the offering again. same as it was under Bush, we may as well take the BP off the border, and at least save these lives, because they have more rights than the agents, If this officer had not been murdered, and the illegal being injured, Obama would of had Calderon over to the white house for some beer can diplomacy, and blamed our agents.. and the United States,.. I am so disgusted my congress man filner, marched for the illegals a few years back. and this murder was in his district, and he cannot even offer a word of condolences to the family..

Here's some information: The federal government's dereliction of duty allowed the illegals to easily cross our border and kill Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas.
