A "Politicosecond" - now there is a highly useful term!

Although as you suggest, both quantum mechanics and experience suggest that a politician's promise may be broken before it is in fact, made.

It might also help explain the Alternative Universe in which most Democrats appear to operate - no matter how infinite the possible number of outcomes, they always elect the one that results in higher taxes and less freedom.
