Well, I seen on TV the other night that they've got themselves and underwater electic fence on the IL river next to Lake MI that's the only thing protecten 'em from them invadin, flyin/jumpin Chinese Carps. Now that's what I call a curse, or a plague, or a dire situation!!!
We can put one of these across a river to protect the Great Lakes, but we can't put one along the Rio Grande to protect the national laws, customs and culture from another invasive species called "scoff-laws!!!"
