My question is for you. Are IO or any other state who was not allowed to vote on the issue trying now to get it on the ballot so it can be overturned?
I remember a group in MA saying they was not giving up and a recent poll there said that more people would vote against it than before it was forced on them.
Forget the poll maybe massmike can help me out on that
Massmike and DirtyHarryY2K generally have more of the details on these things than I do.

In Iowa they legalized perverted marriage through legislation. If their state constitution doesn't define marriage as traditional the state high court cant overturn it. It can be appealed to the USSC but they will probably reject the case and leave it to the states.
The only way to overturn the law now is enough conservatives have to vote the moonbats out of the state legislature and replace them with conservative lawmakers who will overturn the law. Then,The people of the state need to amend their constitution so that it excludes perverted marriage.
