Passport information when Obama was on his travels in the 80s.

Also, info compiled/compared when he and other Senators were detained in Aug 2005:
Lugar (Obama) delegation detained for three hours in Perm after inspecting nuke weapons facility

Doubt NYT would ever turn on Obama. They may report after the fact, but highly unlikely that NYT would cross Obama like that out of the gate.

Obama has been outmaneuvered. The frantic push for health care legislation says it all. This guy will not be a political force by fall if the information leaks out. Its lame duck for 3.5 years or a resignation... Keep in mind... Rahm spent time in Israel and it wasn’t to learn how to plant olives. They have their man in the White House and now that man is being asked to dance...

I used NYT as a metaphor for the media. It will likely leak from Chicago...

What ‘info’ would be compiled/compared? If they already had the info, doubt the 2005 incident provided any additional info.

They don’t need to blackmail Obama. Highly unlikely that Obama has any issues with the Russian agenda. They probably see eye to eye on most issues. No reason to blackmail.

Rahm isn’t Israel’s man. He’s Soros’ man.

Doubt NYT would ever turn on Obama.

You may be right. But Loyalty is a fickle thing in Washington with plummeting approval numbers and no realistic reason to think Obama will reverse the RAPID DEPLETION of his "political capital".

April, I've been thinking the same thing. Trying to get national health care reform railroaded through in the first six months is precisely what derailed the Clinton administration and set the Democratic Party back a dozen years via losses in the House and Senate.

Even Charlie Rangel has been complaining that they're trying to rush everything through too fast.

And remember, Rangel was a delegate for Hillary. I don't think that he's really all that impressed with Barry.

Rahm isn’t Israel’s man. He’s Soros’ man.

Soros plays the Russians and the Israelis like fiddles. The Jews don't really care much for the guy after he suggested the Holocaust was "deserved." It is becoming clear that Obama is way too unqualified to be POTUS. He lacks experience and wisdom. He's way too radical for the current geopolitical climate. Someone needs to keep him on track and that's where Rahm comes in. Rahm is a complex guy but he is incredibly smart and he has an agenda that has nothing to do with promoting a black president. The problem is, someone else has the goods on Obama and Rahm is frantically trying to control the situation. The best way is to get America sick of the whole birth thing so it becomes a non-impeachable issue when it is revealed (like Clinton lying under oath). It is their only hope of staying in the White House until 2012...

The RNC would not stand up to Obozo in January with a 70% Gallup approval.

Now that Obozo is 39% approval, he doesn’t seem as bullet-proof. IMO, he never was — it was all an illusion put forth by the MSM.

Obama’s very vulnerable now — and he’s starting to realize it. The more he has diarrhea of the mouth (like with the “stupidly” comment), the more he screws up. I hope the Dems seize the moment.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend ;)

This is why the GOP establishment is trashing the Birthers. They ONLY hope the GOP has of regaining ANY power, anywhere, is a landslide reaction to Obama. If we force Obama out of office now, Biden becomes president, he appoints Hillary and they begin to put together a middle of the road strategy that keeps the GOP out of power for decades (just like FDR). So... Coulter is howling like a hound, etc.

Sounds plausible, all until the “non-impeachable” part.
Obots appear to have succeeded in clouding the natural born citizen issue to the point that no one trys to understand it. To be a president, Article II Section 1 requires natural born citizenship. Being natural born means citizenship by nature, not by law. The definition, quoted in numerous supreme court cases, and the source sited, is “born of the soil, and of parents who are citizens.” The Obama people don't like to talk about the parents part, but Patrick Leahy, Clair McGaskill, Hillary Clinton, and, while he isn't an Obama person, Michael Chertoff confirmed the definition here: http://leahy.senate.gov/press/200804/041008c.html

Is this so hard to understand? Obama is not a constitutional president. I don't believe he can be impeached. He is an ordinary, but very crafty, former senator (for which one need not be a natural born citizen). I suspect he has committed felonies, since he knows very well what the proper definition is. I'd be surprised if Larry Tribe didn't require reading of The Venus at Harvard Law. A birth certificate showing birth in Hawaii does not make him qualified, though a birth certificate showing him born in some other country could disqualify him.

This Crowley/Gates affair really shows everyone what happens when he's forced to operate without a teleprompter.

Even Jon Stewart slammed him for the lack of "nuance" in his remarks ( foot in mouth ).

State law prohibits the Department of Health from disclosing any information about a Hawaii vital record unless the requestor has a direct and tangible interest in the record. This includes verification of vital records and all the information contained in a record.

Unless Obama (or someone else with a "direct and tangible interest") authorized the disclosure by Fukino that the vital record consisting of his birth records states that he was born in Hawaii, Fukino has violated this prohibition.

It is astonishing that no journalist has asked Fukino if Obama communicated with her to authorize her statement, and what the substance of that communication was. American journalists put the old Soviet Pravda and Izvestia to shame in terms of corruption.

I am not aware of any privilege or confidentiality right that would apply to any such communication between Obama and the State of Hawaii Department of Health. If Fukino refuses to disclose it, I would expect that state FOIA laws could be used to uncover it.

If there was no authorization from Obama, on what legal basis did Fukino disclose the fact that Obama's birth records state he was born in Hawaii?

Well done..love the term: ‘Afterbirthers’...LOL

Why should all Americans take the word of one woman in Hawaii anyway? That’s what bugs the hell out of me. Reminds me of John Kerry’s scam of ‘releasing’ his military record(partial) to just a few select friendly biased media hacks.

Obama’s records(ALL OF THEM) should be released so that every American can view and examine them.
