It’s not reported the way white on black crime is reported. But yes, there’s lots more black on white crime. Black men are 6% of the population and 37% of prison inmates. For whatever reason - racism, DNA, culture - whatever - black men are more violent and criminal.
Many black men have been disenfranchised from the family as a result of the government run plantation system - also known as welfare. Enough family breakdown and you end up with the breakdown of local civilized society. Criminal behavior thrives in this environment.
The Dem party is the root cause.
