Many black men have been disenfranchised from the family as a result of the government run plantation system - also known as welfare. Enough family breakdown and you end up with the breakdown of local civilized society. Criminal behavior thrives in this environment. The Dem party is the root cause.

You're right. Not only did welfare make the black man useless to young black women - but the men who were "useful" became those who added adventure rather than stability - drug addicts - gang bangers etc... ( "stability" being provided by government checks...)

Perverse incentives put in place by "feeling" democrats... seeds of ruin.
