Perhaps this would be a good technique to get the attention of congressmen on recess who happen to show up at their local offices? I would think a local network of 20-30 people who are prepared to show up at the same time with signs when the representative of the people is ‘in’ would be attention getting. Have a ‘scout’ at the office to find out when the office holder is there, and flash mob it.
