I just called and asked why he was ignoring the more populous Erie County and was basically blown off.
Any angry NYers, please call and voice your outrage that he is ignoring most of his constituents.

I hope a Conservative runs against him when his term is up. Whoever it is there will be great ammunition to use against him to get him out of office...like..
Higgins lacks integrity and courage. He is unbale to do the right thing by his voters. Coward in Congress.
Higgins doesn't care about what his voters care about.
Higgins refuses to listen to his constituents
Higgins is in Congress for the wrong reasons...etc.
Higgins is not representing the people. He needs to be retired for good. He is undeserving of this leadership position.
Who will stand up to run against him?
