Dove are twitchy when they come into a field of milo or a tank. These things hover and move in straight lines at computed speeds between points. They will be MUCH easier to hit.
That's my story, about why my brother skunked me on the last dove hunt, and I'm sticking to it.

With electric propulsion this one ought to be very quiet in operation and nearly invisible when used for “hover and stare”. And even if they do get hit, vital intel can be gathered at lower risk to troops or cops. Also think about flying gas sensors over a chemical spill, looking into a burning structure for survivors and other non-hostile applications. Cool stuff.
