That's why calling the anti-birthers -> after-birthers might be effective.

I have found with some of the better educated ignorers, that subtly saying, "you are one of the ones who don't care about what should be easy to get at facts" or just calling them ignorant, seems to get under their skin a bit.

Then, there are the die hard worshippers. Nothing is going to convince them. Some of the religious minded can be shamed out of total worship of the man by accusing them of worshipping him.
