Let me add a fourth. If he gives on this, even if there's no surprise, he might be subjected to great pressure to yield on other records he's sealed, such as his academic records and his passport travel information. This is information the media has dug up on every other candidate in my lifetime as part of the vetting process, and he clearly doesn't want any of it to surface.
That after-birther title is really disgusting, but so are those who are willing to go over a cliff for this conman/hustler/communist/progressive/fascist fraud.

I don’t know if he’s a USA natural born citizen or not—I just want to see the long form birth certificate. What does he have to hide? Imagine if this was Sarah Palin and there was a rumor she was born in Canada—and she refused to show her BC? What would the MSM be doing? Let this movement grow like the tea parties and others until the day Obama is gone from the White House.

According to the Wikipedia, home births in the United States declined from 50% in 1938 to under 1% in 1955. In Japan, home births were 95% in 1950 and 1.2% by 1975. I wonder what the numbers for Hawaii are.

I resent the term “birther”! It is not right to have a label placed upon you for asking the same questions every other President has been asked. When have we ever had one that had every single record of their existance before about the age of 35 sealed?
And this fact alone is what will eventually damn him in the eyes of most Americans.
The logic of what he's doing is inescapable. He would not allow the public perception of fraud to grow, if he had a means to stop it.
The poll doesn’t make sense, it just doesn’t meet my smell test.
Republicans and Southerners are both skeptical of Obama’s citizenship by about the same amount.
Yet, those from the rest of the country, democrats and independents are close to unanimous in favor of citizenship.
This just doesn’t add up. I don’t know what kind of sample you’d need to come up with this- just doesn’t seem possible statistically.
I think the poll is designed to “prove” the point that “all republicans are southerners” or some other silliness.

I wonder if there is something else on the birth certificate, other than the PLACE of birth, that he is protecting from view.
