NEW YORK CITY (BNO NEWS) — An American Airlines terminal at New York’s LaGuardia airport was evacuated on Saturday morning, officials told BNO News.

The evacuation was ordered around 6.15 a.m. local time when officers detained a suspicious person carrying a suspicious package, an official with the Federal Aviation Administration said.

Hundreds of people were seen outside the building as all flights were canceled at the airport. As of 7.30 a.m. local time, no planes were taking off and all incoming planes were being diverted.

The suspicious package is being investigated at this time.

When it turned out to be a Muzzie, President Obama said the FAA acted stupidly profiling the poor passenger. Now the FAA will have to go to the White House for a beer with Obama and the terrorist so they can agree to disagree.
