Biden is wearing black sox with shiny shoes.

Hi devolve, looks good.
You and I had already talked before about this patio furniture and the rinky-dink look of it for such a place as the White House.

BUT, if they were all sitting there in gorgeous rattan patio furniture with plush cushions this whole thread would be a rant about ‘the money they spend on things’. True??

It’s obvious how bare bones this summit was designed to be -
beer and peanuts out in the hot sun - truly a ‘fit’ for the working class. It was a slur in every way and it’s only intent was to wipe the egg off of BO with as little effort as possible.

Wrong. The patio furniture is not their's. They spent our money on first class Paris vacations for family and friends, wine/dine jaunts to Manhattan, Ground Zero flyovers, etc., etc.

.

Yup!

I think they went with white for contrast in images

Obama’s #44 redwood/cedar table would not have stood out and would have blocked them in PR photos more

They probably bought something humble from Harrod’s.

O.K. Freepers. This is an important issue. How many think there are two legs to the table? Hands please. How many think there are four legs?

You be the judge.

[The patio furniture is not their’s.]

I think I’m aware of that. Obviously most wished they had spent more of our money on the patio furniture from reading the comments.

The Clintons took 300 with them on their trip to China, recall that?

I wrote you last night that they said the Redwood picnic table was too close to the children’s swing set and was not a good ‘photo-op’ site.

I’m with Semper on this, b/c that caught my attention at the time, and I kept looking for the other two legs.

I wouldn't be surprised if that patio set cost quite a bit, it just doesn't look ‘plush’, or comfortable.

Oh. Well now that you put it THAT way...but based on those pics, can we be sure there are not just 3 legs?

Was it China? I remember an African ‘payback’ trip for his staff.

How could they spend more money on the patio furniture - it was there before they got there. It’s nothing about the furniture - it’s a seed to plant in some clueless person that he’s ‘thirty’ w/our money and that is so not the case - it’s totally opposite. Smoke and mirrors created by propaganda.

This whole thread is ABOUT the patio furniture and how cheesy it looks. I don't know that it was there before, do you know that?

I've never seen a picture of it before and assumed it was bought for this get together.

The Clinton's went on huge trips, I mostly recall China and India.

My whole point is this. I despise Obama as all here do, but I will not deliberately lie about things. If the furniture were plush there would be the same rants going on

Fun topic - one thing I notice that was kinda cool - they didn’t have straws in their “unnamed beer”...
