I have looked into converting my ak47 onto a fully auto. You have to change some sear plate and springs but if you had a shop and had education on how to do it it would not be that hard. I would not take the chance of bringing a rifle back over the boarder. Now if they have someone over seas shipping drop in firing assembles then it could be done very easy.

They can keep the full autos they become very unstable when shooting full clips. I'd rather lay back and use my Romak PLS sniper that shoots a 7.62x54 which is larger than a .308 and is accurate up to 1300 meter which over 3/4 of a mile. Their small arms aks are 7.62x39 which will not have the distance as my sniper rifle. So I could pick them off before they could come into range with their weapons.

“Where are they getting the automatic weapons? To get a fully auto weapon these day they would of had to of been imported in the 80’s and you would need a special license to own one. Today one runs 10-15 thousand dollars. So if they have fully auto weapons where are they getting them?”

If it were me (hypothetically, of course) I'd import them through Mexico. All you need is one yacht's worth(easily several dozen) that you could bring over from Somalia.

But of course, they do not really need full auto weapons. Those are only more effective than semi-autos in rather specialized circumstances.

The fact that the Islamists did not copycat the DC snipers shows that either they do not have much operational “reach” or that they are so obsessed with topping 911 that they disdain lesser strikes or that Iraq and Iran have been very effective in the “flypaper” strategy in attracting and disposing of jihadists much closer to home.

They are a different class of gun and as far as I know they are like a class 3 and they have to have a license lots of paper work to own one and you must have them registered with the feds.

I don’t know much about guns. But I just remember him telling me that Islamos walking into a mall or stadium and armed to the teeth was very possible.

that's why I don't go to large group areas. Look what a couple of kids with guns did a Columbine.

What was the DC sniper using as a weapon?

They used a Busmaster XM-15 .223 caliber rifle. It is basicly a clone of the AR-15 semi-automatic. I have seen reports that it was converted to fire 3 round bursts, but I have not corraborated that, so I doubt it. It did have a reflex type red dot sight on it.

I’m curious of how it could be modified to shot a 3 round burst. I’ve seen guy hold a gun at their hip and hook their finger into their belt loop and pull the trigger and as the gun rocks back and forth it is like a fully auto rifle.

The BATF looks ill on distributing information on how to convert semi-autos. As I said, I doubt that it was converted, but it could have been done with some radical reconfiguring of the fire control mechanism. It is not that easy to convert semi-autos to full-autos that are more functional than the semi-autos they come from.

A gun that fires only full auto can be created that is unreliable and difficult to control with a little less effort, but what would be the point?

You are correct a fully auto would only be effective in a crowded area with no other people being armed.

[... how many other American “Saifullahs” are practicing taqiyya? ...]

Ha! That’s easy. Most of the United States Congress and the Senate are stealth terrorists.

War on terror will be subverted to apply to anyone that the government (those in power) deem to be too inconvenient. The problem has been allowed to fester intentionally to facilitate more power. Get ready for the iron fist Americans.

This eventuality could be seen coming miles away. Any "war on terror" absent immigration control is bound to be turned upon Americans. It does not make sense to continue massive Islamic immigration to the US. Nor does it make sense to continue military support of the Bosnian and Kosovar Jihadists.

Not so, full auto is also effective in ambushes.
